www.krs.co.kr is a site operated by Korean Register of Shipping (“We”). When we say “we” or “us” or “KR” in these Terms, we mean Korean Register of Shipping, our affiliates, and those agents we use to provide services on our behalf. We are a classification society with operations in several countries and is headquartered at 36, Myeongji ocean city 9-ro, Gangseo-gu, Busan, 46762, Republic of Korea. You acknowledge that, unless otherwise specifically designated, KR is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights to the Website and its contents inclusive of but not limited to, copyright protection for all design, logos, text, graphics, photos, articles, datasheets, videos, FAQs or other applicable software that may be available for download. KR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Website and the contents thereon.All downloadable files on the Website are protected by copyright laws. We authorize you to view and download the contents at the Website only for your informational, personal or non-commercial purposes as long as it is not modified or published in any media and you attach our copyright symbol and notice to serve as the source for every permissible use. You may not represent KR’s content as your own work. You may only use the content as expressly authorized in writing from KR.

Furthermore, KR may undertake corrective or preventive maintenance on the Website or its hosting facilities or mailing facility. Accordingly, KR does not assume any guarantee of availability or continuous access to the Website on continuous manner.
