3. In this regard, we kindly request your thorough review of the attached draft amendments to the Rules for the Classification of Steel Ships.

4. Your valuable opinions are requested to be submitted by the specified deadline. Kindly note that in the absence of a response,

we will consider it as tacit agreement to the proposed amendments.
