The 109th session of Maritime Safety Committee (hereinafterreferred as MSC 109) was convened as a hybridmeeting in London from 2 to 6 Dec 2024. In addition to theNews Flash of MSC 109 issued by KR on 6 Dec 2024, attached please findthe News Final of MSC 109.

Please be informed that the NewsFinal contains more information and the impact analysis on the outcome of MSC 109, based on the final report (MSC 109/22) recently issued by theIMO.

Nonetheless, MSC 109/22/Add.1, which will contain the amendments to the mandatory IMO instruments adopted by MSC 109, are yet issued by the IMO. Where you need to see the amendments please refer to MSC 109/WP.7 at this stage.
