About KR e-Fleet?

KR e-Fleet for fleet manage program aims to be one-stop platform and has been launched since 2011 to enhance user’s convenience by offering the functions, Online survey/audit application, Data related to Class and Statutory, PSC, EDAS, IMO DCS reporting, etc. in real time.

Composition of KR e-Fleet
- Ship Status
  
  ①It represents the next specified date of inspection to the first advent of each inspection types (classification, government agency, agreement, M.P.P, unloading device)
- Ship Particulars
  
  ①It is configured to allow inquiry of the list of its registered vessels and a detailed specification of vessles.
- Survey Information
  
  ①It is configured to allow inquiry of each inspection data (classification, government agency, agreement, M.P.P, unloading device) in detail.

To use KR e-Fleet Service, it is required to obtain ID and Password through the following procedures separately from sign up of general website of KR.

The shipping companies which manage vessels registerd in KR
Procedure

01.Please apply for KR e-Fleet access with details such as the name of applicant, company, department and phone number with E-mail address via Fax or E-mail. (Use the general notice form of company or E-mail as application form)

02.Once the application form is received, the person in charge will double-check the information on the form and grant ID and Password to the applicant via E-mail or phone call.
Notice

01. The ID and Password issued by a company does not duplicate.

02. As important information regarding the inspection will be leaked if ID and Password become known to other comapany or outsider, the person in charge of each company should manage them carefully.

03. The ID KR issued cannot be changed, and Password can be changed directly on the web.
