The following KR registered ships have been issued a detention code as a result of the listed deficiencies:
CONTAINER SHIP: PANAMA
o Date: 10 JUNE, 2024
o Place : BUSAN, KOREA
o Cause of Detention
- The number of persons to carry in ISPP cert. not complied with actual condition
- Crews not summoned at muster station after drills and do not know their designated lifeboat team
- Air vent pipe head broken and have a hole
BULK CARRIER: LIBERIA
o Date: 17 JUNE, 2024
o Place : FREMANTLE, AUSTRALIA
o Cause of Detention
- Emergency generator defective
- Booby hatch covers entrance unable to close weathertight
o Date: 10 JUNE, 2024
