· Date: July 30, 2025

· Place: Qinzhou, China

· Cause of Detention:

 - Enclosed space entry and rescue drill not satisfactory

 - The wires of AIS penetration not sealed with insulation materials

 - Hand gear handles of rescue boat winch rotated during hosting with motor

 - Fuel isolative valve for No.2 Generator malfunction

  2. Bulk Carrier (Flag: Republic of Korea)

· Date: August 1, 2025

· Place: Gemlik, Turkiye

· Cause of Detention:

 - Emergency steering gear room ventilator found holed

 - Duct keel ventilator found holed

 - CO2 room wall found holes were attempted to hide with putty

 - Steering gear room found holes were attempted to hide with putty

 - Three fire box were lashed with rope

 - Not familiar with Fire drills

  3. Tug Boat (Flag: Republic of Korea)

· Date: August 5, 2025

· Place: Palawan, Philippines

· Cause of Detention:

  - Bottom hull damage due to grounding

  - Fuel tank damage with minor holes

  - AIS not working
