• Cause of Detention

- Defective oily water separator: traces of oil contamination were found inside the outboard
  discharge pipe and defective solenoid valve

- No.1 G/E coolant pipe leakage

- SMS Failure

* Insufficient chlorine water in sewage treatment equipment and poor condition of
   treated sewage samples

* The sounding result of the bilge sludge tank and the bilge oil tank is different from
  the amount recorded in the oil record book

* One defective quick closing valve

- Poor implementation of ISM

- INMARSAT C malfunction

- MF/HF antenna broken

- UMS alarm malfunction

- E/R fire damper malfunction

- Malfunction of sewage treatment system

- Generator leakage and heat insulation damage

- E/R crane limit switch damage and hook fixing clip lost/stuck

- One hold fire damper PS forward (mushroom) seized. 

- Operation cabinet CO2 system emergency generator substandard and valve in open position

- Several lighting, emergency and normal out of order outside accommodation

- VDR: Steering gear alarms input out of service

- Fixed CO2 fire extinguisher operating cabinet valve open

- Hatch near rescue boat open. Closing devices seized.

- Fire screen door in staircase not closing properly
