什么是KR-CAP?
Condition Assessment Program(KR-CAP)
是用于证明租船和运输货物船舶质量的一种独立而正式的方法.
大多数主要货主和船东要求对用于运输其货物的特定船龄范围的船舶进行独立评估, 船东希望证明船舶的质量和适航性.
Condition Assessment Program(KR-CAP)提供对船体进行详细检查, 对机械、设备和货物系统进行全面测试, 并通过船体和疲劳强度评估进行评级并提供能够证明其真实性的证书和报告.
KR从1995年开始提供KR-CAP服务, 提供高质量的服务及即独立又实用的评估.
