In particular, KR strengthened its future maritime service capabilities by recruiting talent in AI convergence technology and AI service development fields in line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For other fields, recruitment focused primarily on experienced professionals with relevant expertise.

To enhance fairness and transparency, the entire recruitment process was conducted under a blind hiring system. Applicants were prohibited from including any information that could reveal personal details such as age, gender, educational background, or hometown, and violations could result in disadvantages during the screening process.

The recruitment process consisted of document screening, written examinations—including personality assessments and the National Competency Standards (NCS) basic job competency evaluation—and interviews assessing practical competencies and English proficiency. Final successful candidates will undergo physical examinations and eligibility verification before officially joining KR on July 6.

Applications were accepted online through the KR recruitment website (https://krs.career.co.kr/) from April 9 through 4 PM on April 23.

Details regarding qualifications and salary levels for each recruitment field are available on the KR recruitment website.
