
Korean Register (KR) has appointed three new Executive Vice Presidents and realigned its senior leadership as part of its latest management restructuring. At its Annual General Meeting, KR confirmed the appointment of KIM Seongjoo, YEON Kyujin, and Charles Choi as new EVPs. They will be responsible for the Survey Division, Technical Division, and Business Division, respectively. In parallel, KR also reassigned key executive roles to strengthen its strategic and administrative functions. CHOI Wonjoon has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Strategic Planning Division, while YOON Sungho has been reassigned to oversee the Administration Division as Executive Vice President. LEE Yongsok, Chairman & CEO of KR stated “The leadership changes will strengthen KR’s strategic execution and position the organization to better address evolving industry and regulatory challenges.”
