- The Galley fire door is fastened with a hook, the bridge door is fastened with strings, B-deck fire door can not be closed properly |

- The small-diameter cock on the sounding pipe for five tanks (waste oil tank, overflow tank, etc) missing, clogged or not self-closing type |
