Revision of “Guideline for Shaft Generator Systems”

This is related to the “Procedure for Development of Classification Technical Rules (QP-08)" 6.2 and "Instruction for Control of Internal Survey Guidelines, Circular and Technical Information (QI-03)" 5.5.
- Amendment
1. Revised the title of the guidelines from "Guidelines for Shaft Generators" to "Guidelines for Shaft Generator Systems"
2. Establish new onboard testing requirements and other system requirments for shaft generator systems.
