 o PSC Deficiencies
- The chief engineer and the fourth-ranked engineer were unaware of how to operate the oil-water separator, and the test was not conducted
- All vents in cargo holds 1, 2, 3 were fixed in an open state
- The air blower of the human waste treatment device did not work, and the treatment results did not meet the appropriate standards
