1. As with control of organotin compounds, Resolution MEPC.331(76), which contains the control of cybutryne, was adopted on 17 June 2021 and officially came into force on 1 January 2023. 

2. Regarding the amendment to IAFS Convention, we decided to provide technical information for ship owners, manufacturers, surveyors and other relevant parties.
