- The Bottom Survey of the ship has exceeded 36 months since the recent survey, according to the SC certificate

- FPT air vent head corrosion, hole and self-closing damage

- The flag state allowed the postponement of the docking inspection under the condition of a single voyage
  (ROK -> GHANA), but the port called to Singapore for cargo shipment
