KR (Korean Register, Chairman & CEO Lee Yongsok) announced that it successfully hosted the 2026 KR Software-Defined Vessel (SDV) Technology Seminar for Remotely Controlled and Autonomous Ships at EL Tower in Seoul on July 2.

In its 2023 Revised GHG Strategy, the IMO set out a target of net-zero emissions by around 2050. The IMO Net-Zero Framework (NZF) is the specific regulatory package designed to deliver that commitment.
