In order to use the ISM/ISPS Status service, you must obtain ID and password that are separate from the ones for general KR-homepage membership as follows: |

1. Make a request for ID to the person in charge below via fax or e-mail by providing the name of applicant/company/department, telephone no., mobile phone no., and e-mail address.
2. Upon the receipt of a request, the person in charge will check the authenticity of information given and issue ID and password via e-mail or phone.
3. Please allow ample time for the issue of ID and password. |

1. Only one ID and password will be issued to a particular company.
2. In order to avoid the disclosure of key survey information, the person in charge at each company should pay keen attention to keeping the ID and password strictly confidential.
3. Although the issued ID cannot be changed, the assigned password can be changed as appropriate. |
