  For vessels to which IBC Code applies, the Cargo Operating Manual which provides various information on the safe handling of cargo is required to be carried on board.
KR offers assistance to ship owners in preparing the Cargo Operating Manual that complies with the regulation. .
   
  To satisfy the requirements of MARPOL Annex II, the chemical tankers are required to carry on board the P&A (Procedure & Arrangement) Manual which clearly describes the required equipment and installation and which provides the operating procedure for cargo handling, tank cleaning, slop handling, residue discharge, ballasting and de-ballasting.

  According to the requirement of MARPOL Annex I Reg. 26, Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (SOPEP) shall be carried on board the oil tanker (150G/T and above) and non-oil tanker (400G/T and above) for the prevention of the pollution by the oil.

  According to the requirement of IGC Code revised by IMO Res. A.829(19), the loading limit of the type C gas carrier may be increased where the cargo tank vent system is evaluated and found to be adequate.
