Basic Requirements
    All ships of 500 tons gross tonnage and upwards and engaged in international voyage
    Possession of proper DOC for the flag administration and ship type
    The ship shall hold valid conventional certification national certification, SC, SE, SR or
      exemption certification on board
    The ship shall hold a valid class certification
    Crew over the minimum number for safe manning shall be onboard
    The ship audit shall be performed while the ship is in the normal operation condition
    The ship shall hold documents proving a company entity which is referred in ISM Code
      Regulation 3.1
    Holding and understanding the ship safety management System, ISM CODE and related
      convention
    Implementation of the requirements of the flag administration
      (EX: notice to the flag administration, where the company manages a ship
      which is registered to the flag for the first time)
